ACEing Autism

On April 5th, 2025 my husband, Noah, and I launched ACEing Autism Kansas City at Elite Tennis and Wellness. Noah and I realized the lack of adapted tennis programming in the Kansas City area. When we moved to KC in 2024 we immediately realized the impact an adapted tennis program would have on this community. We made it a goal to launch a program in 2025 and we knew we wanted to work with ACEing Autism!

Our chapter has been active for a full year with 3 full sessions. We have introduced tennis to over 40 athletes in the Kansas City area. We are giving back to the sport that has given us everything!

Program Director Responsibilities

Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Program Management - Overall organization including collaborating with the facility, determining start and end days and ensuring our athletes have fun, get exercise and make friends

Program Recruitment - go to events and tell people about ACEing Autism and the impact
